From eating healthy to exercising consistently, here are some tips for how to stick to your resolutions for 2021:

1. Start with a realistic goal that focuses on a specific area of your life.

2. Write down the details of your goal and why you want to achieve it.

3. Break your goal down into smaller milestones.

4. Think ahead! Take time each week to plan what you need to do that week to stay on track.
